Thanks for the "Welcome Home" to all of the Vietnam Vets. It certainly has been along time coming. It's a shame that it took another war to happen to recognize all the Vets that got spit on when they came home in the 60's and early 70's. I was/am a very proud American and after last Friday's event, it makes me walk just a little bit taller and a little bit "prouder!" of the greatest country in the world. Thanks again.

I can't wait to welcome and honor all of the veterans for without them we couldn't be doing this. Married 24 yrs. to a Navy man who did 3 tours in Vietnam. We went to Ft. Knox last year and it changed our lives! I have a whole new perspective of what my husband endured, as did all of you veterans...thank you.

I really feel like this is tooo little too late. My late husband has been gone 11 years as have many others that served their country in that war.
